If you already have a property, we offer onsite evaluations to determine the necessary steps for preparing it for the building process. Preliminary Design
If you have home plans that require some adjustments or if you have ideas and pictures of styles you prefer, we can help you create customized home plans. Our team of experienced designers is well-versed in the latest trends, codes, and innovative use of space and design. We will arrange an initial meeting to understand your specific requirements and preferences for your new home. Eddie will then collaborate with you and our designer to develop a floor plan that optimizes your desired square footage and incorporates unique architectural and design features that reflect your personal style.
Budget Preparation
You will receive a comprehensive and detailed budget for every stage of the construction process, and witness the implementation of those costs throughout the project. All aspects of construction and finishing are accounted for, allowing you to track where your entire budget is allocated. There are no undisclosed expenses, and the builder's fee will be clearly stated in your bid right from the start of construction.
Renovation & Remodeling
We offer a complimentary consultation at your location to establish the objectives and plan of action for your project. We will assess the situation and suggest both practical and aesthetic solutions that are budget-friendly and align with your vision.
Interior Design
If desired, each bid includes a budgeted allowance for a professional interior designer/decorator. This allowance covers assistance in selecting interior/exterior colors and materials, lighting, fixtures, flooring, and more. Our interior designer can provide suggestions for you to implement yourself, or you can hire them as a consultant. We also offer additional services for furniture, decorative items, window treatments, and bedding.
